A Unique Non-12-Step Rehab Program in California
Inpatient Rehabilitation

At Elevate, we take a non-12-step holistic approach to drug and alcohol addiction treatment that focuses on two key aspects of lasting recovery:

  • Alleviating the physical and emotional aspects of addiction
  • Strengthening the individual’s determination, self-respect and confidence in living his or her own life successfully

Our clients begin their recovery journey by going through a holistic, medically supervised detox process to rid the body of toxic substances, handling the physical reliance on drugs and/or alcohol, alleviating withdrawal symptoms, and beginning the process of replenishing their body with healthy nutrients. We also provide education and support to aid clients mentally and emotionally during the detox process. Once complete, the client is ready to address deeper issues and start preparing for a substance-free life worth living.

Integrated Holistic Addiction Treatment

The most effective type of addiction treatment is an integrated approach that combines the modern, conventional medical methods based on Western medicine while providing expose to alternative therapies based on centuries of Eastern wisdom. In this way, the individual is able to address themselves as a whole person: mind, body and spirit.

During our integrated treatment program, the day will be spent on evidence-based clinical practices such as: Intake and Assessment, Medically-Supervised Detoxification, Treatment Planning, Group Therapy, Individual Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT/DBT/REBT-based Educational assignments (Cognitive, Dialectical and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapies), Crisis Intervention, Family Counseling and Discharge Planning.

However, in addition to the above clinical work, the individual will be able to experience additional alternative components. These bring balance to the treatment and assist the client in a full, well-rounded experience.

Integrated Methods Supplementing Traditional Treatment:

  • Mindfulness Practices
  • CrossFit classes
  • Breathing exercises and meditation
  • Nutritional programming
  • Native American Spiritual classes
  • Art Therapy and Music therapy
  • Massage during detox
  • AromaTouch therapy during detox
  • Yoga classes
  • Adventure Therapy
  • Personal Development education
  • Experiential Therapy

Believe it or not, there are many companies advertising for alcohol and drug rehabilitation services that are not licensed to the level required to create sustainable change in someone with substance abuse issues. When choosing a recovery program, it’s important to make sure you see designations and certifications such as ours to ensure the program is regulated by appropriate agencies. In this way you can be sure you are getting the best care possible.
