Today on the show we sat down with our dear friend Joe Clements. Joe Clements is a musician, mentor, father, and a man in recovery. Joe spent his early life playing music for an awesome punk band Fury 66. Joe has been sober, not sober, and sober again. He loves helping people explore the inner wisdom of mediation and truly embodies the fun, easy going approach to something often clouded and complicated. Stay tuned!
