Welcome back to the show! In part two of this episode, Seth sits down with Gregory Fry, one of the counselors at Elevate, for a discussion about making successful habit changes in your life.

Denial and rationalization are some of the common defense mechanisms used by those struggling with drug addiction. Trying to help someone get the help they need to break free from drug or alcohol addiction can be challenging. More often than not, the person you want to help doesn’t see a problem even when their whole world is falling apart around them. How do you help someone who is in denial? How do you help someone to see that there is a problem and that they need help? It’s a process. Elevate Addiction Services gets to the root of addiction on an individual bases with each client by getting them to examine their true self so they can then make a decision to choose recovery. Here’s an inside peek at how so many lives are turning away from substance abuse and choosing a life of recovery.
