Generally speaking, any drug or alcohol recovery program can be divided into two categories, inpatient treatment and outpatient treatment.  The former means that the patient will live at the treatment facility for a set period, to focus 24/7 on recovery in a supervised setting.

Common Addictions and Their Symptoms
