At Elevate Addiction Services we believe fitness is a very important part of recovery. There is an intrinsic relationship between a healthy body and a healthy mind. While clients are working hard in the program making internal changes that are sometimes subtle, working out can bring about physical changes that will help reinforce their progress. Exercise is a healthy way to manage stress or any difficulties of early recovery. Elevate offers a variety of fitness options for our clients and we are proud to showcase our new gym and daily EAS Crossfit® classes with our fitness coach.

EAS Crossfit® features a large open floor plan with all the Crossfit and workout necessities, including:
- Medicine balls, Rogue dumbbells and kettlebells.
- Olympic style weights.
- Rowing machines and exercise bikes.
- Pull up bars, ring rows, and climbing ropes.
EAS has a fitness coach on staff to conduct exercise classes as well as provide guidance and support for our clients on their own fitness journey. Lindsey Locke is a Crossfit level 1 trainer and a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician. She runs daily exercise classes for clients and provides 1 on 1 attention to establish fitness goals and exercise plans. Lindsey tailors every workout to fit the needs and capabilities of our clients.
Each month at Elevate, EAS CrossFit® holds a competition where staff and clients can pair up and compete with eachother. It’s a great opportunity for clients to have some fun, get a great workout, win prizes and showcase their physical fitness.
