PHASE 3: ADDRESSING AND OVERCOMING CORE NEGATIVE ISSUES

Phase 3 of treatment at Elevate predominantly consists of treatment aimed at getting to the root causes of addiction, overcoming urges to relapse, and discovering what is missing in life that drugs are used to try to fill.


PHASE 4: EXIT PLANNING

Clients start to put together what life should look like if one were living a balanced and positive life, then start setting reachable goals to get there.
